Christmas Centerpiece
This week I transformed my fall centerpiece into a Christmas centerpiece with just a few easy modifications.
First I taped the three pillar candles with Frog Tape before I spray-painted them with Rust-Oleum metallic gold paint. I also gave some of the pine cones a little gold dusting with spray paint.
Away went the gourds and in came the ornaments. I did however keep the moss bedding, since it does play up the rustic quality of my centerpiece. I’m totally loving navy blue right now. Paired with the sparkle of gold it just looks so elegant and classic to me. I used the same navy blue and gold ornaments that I used on my tree so that everything would coordinate. I love how the sparkly ornaments contrast with the rustic quality of the wooden planter box.
…and there you have it! Totally simple make-over for my centerpiece with some spray paint, ornaments and a bow. Too easy!
This is stunning! I love the blue chevron ribbon. Great job!
I love those colors. The bow is so pretty on that box.
Thanks Sarah and Katie! It was a fun project to make.
